Crockpot Cube Steak

I found the most AMAZING cube steak recipe ever!!!

Ingredients
2 lbs cube steaks
salt
pepper
1 (1 ounce) package onion gravy mix
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water

Directions
1.Salt and pepper the steak to your liking.
2.Place in crock pot.
3.Add water, soup, and gravy mix.

4.Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
5.Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

I did mine for 6.5 hours, and I served it with rice and broccoli. It was delish!!!

However next time I will do homemade mashed potatoes, that would be yummy too!

Stuffed Bell Peppers

This was a recipe I made a WHILE back, but I transferred it from my "family" blog!

STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

5 bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. stuffing mix (any flavor, bread crumb or rice)
1.5 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter (for stuffing)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut off top of peppers and clean out centers. Fill a saucepan 1/2 full of water and bring to a boil. Place pepper in boiling water. Return to boiling, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.

In a skillet brown 1 pound of ground beef and drain.

In a saucepan prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Combine prepared stuffing with ground beef; add 1 cup cheddar cheese and mix.

Remove peppers from water and drain. Place in a deep baking dish so that peppers stand on end.

Fill peppers with ground beef, stuffing and cheese mixture. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

AJ doesnt like bell peppers but he said this recipe was amazing! I really liked it too! It will definately be in the recipe rotation!!!
