This is my yummy low calorie rendition of my new favorite meal...a chicken quesadilla!!
Ingredients
3 oz of chicken breast (this bag has 6 so i made one for me and one for aj.)
1/8 cup shredded cheese
1 tortilla
green peppers/onions
2 tbls sour cream
Heat in pan for 6 minutes
Layer cheese, chicken, and peppers on tortilla
Heat until Cheese melts.
Fold tortilla over.
Cut it up, add your sour cream!
Enjoy!
ALL OF THIS FOR ONLY 340 CALORIES!!!!!!!!!
