1.5 cup milk
1 block cream cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup butter
1 lb chicken breast (i used 1/2 lb bagged chicken breast, next time i'll use 2 bags.)
pepper. to taste.
12 oz uncooked fettucine
Recipe:
*Cube cream cheese, and place in skillet, allowing it to melt with the butter over a low heat. CONSTANTLY stirring. ;)
Heat up chicken at this time in a seperate skillet
Begin boiling water at this point as well.
*Add cheese, garlic powder, and milk to cream cheese skillet.
Place noodles in the water to boil according to package directions.
*I serve mine with garlic bread!
*When the noodles have cooked, and the chicken is warm, and the sauce is well blended and melted I combine the sauce, chicken and noodles in the big pot I cooked the noodles in.
