40 dinners in 40 nights

I started a new challenge. It's simple.
For FORTY days I will cook dinner, at home.
And blog about it.
It's simple...right??

    Love it!!! I can't wait to try 'em all out! The chicken one sounds great, but really only 20 minutes? Were the chicken breast halves frozen?
